Shipping & Returns Shipping methods and costs: Shipping costs for orders from hyper-lights.com are charged at a flat rate, currently at the rate of $7.00 per order. Standard deliveries are handled by UPS, USPS or FedEx based on state availability. All shipments require a signature for receipt. We cannot ship lights or items to PO Boxes or APO or FPO addresses. Hyper-lights.com does not ship on weekends and major holidays. Additionally, under extreme weather conditions Hyper-lights.com reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product quality. Returns: New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a Return Authorization Number use the Contact Us link.
